THANK YOU!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by out booth at Uptown Village Market! I've never been to that part of Long Beach!  Strange I know, but it is a great neighborhood and thank you again to everyone who made it out! The best part was that it was indoors and everyone was really nice!  Maybe it was the wine?  Remember send in your photos of you and Mind over Manners wares and you may find yourself blogged!

Thank you and Happy Holidays!

One more little thing

Tiny playable harmonicas!  Each comes with a tiny charm.  How charming!(craft pun)  Mine is a little used and it plays maybe four notes?  I mean how can you hate something that is tiny?

Local and Handmade

In the spirit of supporting local and handmade and to support my hobby, come see Ms. Melis and myself at the Uptown Village Market December 2 and 3rd in the Bixby Knolls neighborhood of Long Beach.
Will I have new stuff?  Of course!  Just last night I made my first bowl of ramen out of clay and I made a realistic looking mushroom. Here is a sneak peek of what you you might see:

Where will you find me?  Booth #18!

Treat Yo Self

There is a certain crispness in the air and the nights are getting longer.  It's fall!  It's my most favorite time of the year! The food is amazing and the best part is my apartment isn't hot!  This comes in handy as I have to have to oven on to cure the clay.  So it makes my second living that much more bearable!

My shipments have come in from Etsy and I'm pretty excited to see what will become of them.  In a few days me stamp should come in.   Custom stamps are the best! I got mine from: Inkorporated on Etsy

Come this Patchwork, this will stamped on all bags along with a custom drawing of a tooth or corn dog.  It's the luck of the draw.

Speaking of Patchwork this year in Long Beach it falls on November 6th, 2011.  Come see me and as always, Ms. Melis!  It's gonna be a good one.  It will be my first day back from my Portland vaycay.

Sneak peeks to follow!
